Painting in entire house and all trim including window trim, baseboard trim, and door trim and all doors. No quarter round trim. May need repair/patch holes/defects left from electrician. All needs to be sanded entirely before painting/stain. Sand and paint wood rail.

Tie up old flooring and install flooring. Customer to provide the materials .
